1. Beta Service Agreement

By using StudyBru during the beta phase, you understand and agree that:

• This is a beta test version that may contain bugs and errors
• Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
• Service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time
• Data may be reset or deleted during the beta period
• The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind

2. No Guarantees or Warranties

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:

• We do NOT guarantee accuracy of AI responses
• We do NOT guarantee continuous service availability
• We do NOT guarantee data preservation
• We do NOT guarantee specific learning outcomes
• We are NOT responsible for academic performance

3. Acceptable Use During Beta

You agree to:

• Use StudyBru for educational purposes only
• Provide constructive feedback about your experience
• Report bugs and issues you encounter
• Not rely solely on StudyBru for critical academic work
• Verify all AI-generated content independently

You must NOT:

• Use the service for cheating or academic dishonesty
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or stress-test the system
• Share beta access with unauthorized users
• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Submit inappropriate or offensive content

4. Beta Pricing and Access

During the beta phase:

• StudyBru is provided FREE OF CHARGE
• No payment information is collected
• Beta access may be limited or revoked at our discretion
• Pricing will be introduced after the beta phase ends
• Beta users will receive advance notice of pricing changes

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are NOT liable for any damages resulting from use of the beta service
• We are NOT liable for lost data or service interruptions
• We are NOT liable for incorrect or inaccurate information
• We are NOT liable for academic consequences
• Your use of StudyBru beta is at your own risk

6. Intellectual Property
